ISO 9001 : 2015
After more than 40 years of hotel operation, we decided that we had the know-how to apply the high standards required by the quality standards.
The ISO 9001: 2015 standard is an internationally recognized standard for establishing, implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System for any company, i.e. a collection of policies, instructions, documented procedures and records.
This collection of documents defines the set of internal rules governing the way the hotel creates and delivers its services to customers. A system that ensures customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement, requiring customer-centric management, participation and commitment of both management and employees. This means we no longer need to base upgrade decisions on business intuition alone, but on direct information gathering from you, our customers. Based on these, we achieve a better distribution of financial resources while at the same time increasing the efficiency of our upgrades, both at the level of building interventions-renovations and at the level of services provided.

ISO 14001 : 2015
The attention we owe to the environment is of significant importance as we face challenges that we have not previously imagined. The hotel’s energy footprint is due to be recorded daily in order to shrink it to the minimum possible.
In this context, and beyond the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the hotel, we decided to implement ISO 14001 as well. ISO 14001 is the most widely used environmental management standard and is applicable to all types and sizes of businesses ISO 14001 defines the requirements for establishing and maintaining an Environmental Management System. This helps to control the environmental aspects of the hotel, reduce impacts and ensure compliance with the law.
